Clear refund rules for BillVex trials, licenses, and setup.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment corrections work for BillVex POS billing software, Android and Windows licenses, Premium plans, and lifetime plans.
1. Free Trial First
BillVex offers a 7-day free trial so businesses can test billing, inventory, accounting, GST workflows, device compatibility, and support before purchasing a paid license.
2. Current Plans
BillVex plans currently include:
- Pro Android: ₹899 monthly, ₹10,788 yearly, or ₹24,000 lifetime.
- Pro Windows: ₹950 monthly, ₹11,400 yearly, or ₹32,000 lifetime.
- Premium Plan: 1 Android + 1 Windows at ₹1,399 monthly or ₹16,788 yearly.
- Premium Lifetime: 2 Android + 2 Windows at ₹62,000, worth ₹1,12,000, saving ₹50,000.
3. General Refund Position
Because BillVex provides a free trial, installation support, digital license activation, and immediate access to premium software features, paid licenses are generally non-refundable after activation, except in the eligible cases listed below or where applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Eligible Refund Cases
You may request a refund or payment correction if:
- You were charged twice for the same plan or license.
- An incorrect amount was charged because of a billing error.
- Payment was successful but the license was not activated and we are unable to activate it.
- BillVex installation fails because of a confirmed BillVex-side issue that we cannot resolve within a reasonable support period.
- A refund is required under applicable law or binding consumer protection requirement.
5. Cases Usually Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase or after trial evaluation.
- Failure to use the free trial before purchasing.
- Incorrect product, GST, stock, customer, supplier, or accounting data entered by the user.
- Device damage, operating system issues, storage failure, network problems, or unsupported changes made after installation.
- Business closure, staff change, delayed adoption, or lack of internal training.
- Custom configuration, installation, training, or support work already delivered.
- License misuse, sharing, tampering, reverse engineering, or violation of the Terms of Service.
6. Refund Request Window
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of payment. Requests made after this period may be rejected unless required by law or accepted by BillVex at its discretion.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact BillVex Support with:
- Your name and business name.
- WhatsApp number or email used during purchase.
- Plan purchased and payment date.
- Payment screenshot, transaction ID, or invoice number.
- Reason for refund request.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval, depending on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, or card issuer. Gateway or bank delays are outside BillVex's direct control.
9. Cancellations
Monthly or yearly access may be cancelled for future billing where recurring billing is enabled. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period unless the refund request qualifies under this policy.
