1. Acceptance of Terms
By using BillVex, requesting a trial, purchasing a license, installing the software, or contacting us for setup, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BillVex.
2. Business Use
BillVex is intended for business and professional use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BillVex complies with applicable tax, accounting, consumer, employment, privacy, and business laws.
3. Free Trial
BillVex may offer a 7-day free trial. Trial access is provided to help you evaluate the software, setup flow, device compatibility, billing workflows, and business fit before purchase. We may limit, suspend, or end trial access if misuse is detected.
4. Licenses and Devices
One License Key = One Device unless a plan expressly includes multiple devices. You must not copy, resell, share, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, tamper with activation, or use BillVex in a way that violates these Terms.
5. Plans, Pricing, and Taxes
Plan prices are shown on the BillVex website. All paid plans include all BillVex features unless otherwise stated. Plans differ by device count, platform combination, billing duration, support scope, and lifetime ownership value. Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, or bank charges may apply.
6. Installation and Support
Free installation and support are included as stated on the website. Support may be provided through WhatsApp, phone, remote assistance, or other channels. You must provide accurate information and reasonable access needed to complete setup or troubleshooting.
7. Your Data and Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, products, tax codes, customer details, supplier details, opening stock, pricing, expenses, and accounting inputs entered into BillVex. You are also responsible for keeping devices, passwords, license keys, backups, and staff access secure.
8. Accounting and GST Disclaimer
BillVex automates billing, inventory, and accounting workflows, but it is not a substitute for professional advice from a chartered accountant, tax consultant, lawyer, or compliance adviser. You should review GST, tax, accounting, and statutory filings with qualified professionals.
9. Offline-First Operation and Sync
BillVex is designed to support offline billing and sync when connectivity returns. Sync performance may depend on device health, network quality, configuration, storage, and data volume. You should maintain backups and avoid unauthorized device changes or database tampering.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use BillVex to:
- Commit fraud, evade tax, create false records, or misrepresent transactions.
- Upload malware, attack systems, bypass security, or interfere with service operation.
- Violate privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, tax, or business laws.
- Reverse engineer, clone, resell, sublicense, or exploit BillVex without written permission.
11. Intellectual Property
BillVex, including its software, design, interface, workflows, branding, website, documentation, and related materials, is owned by BillVex or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of BillVex intellectual property to you.
12. Payments and Third-Party Services
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, banks, UPI providers, or gateways. Their own terms, fees, downtime, settlement rules, and privacy practices may apply.
13. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse license keys, tamper with data or software, create security risk, or use BillVex unlawfully.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillVex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-loss damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, tax consequences, or interruption of operations. Our aggregate liability for paid use will not exceed the amount you paid to BillVex for the affected license during the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes should first be raised with BillVex Support for good-faith resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by competent courts in India, subject to applicable law and jurisdiction.
